(Çatal veya Boru Bağlantılı – Tek / Çift Soğutmalı)

Multi Turn Induction Coils are engineered for high frequency ERW tube and pipe mills where stable welding temperature and controlled heat distribution are critical.
Coil direction is not orientation dependent (left / right fark etmez). Electrical performance remains the same regardless of winding direction.
Connection Types:
Fork Type (Çatal bağlantı)
Tube Type (Boru bağlantı)
Cooling Configuration:
Up to certain diameters, Single Cooling (Tek boru soğutma) is sufficient to maintain thermal balance.
Beyond specific ID ranges, Double Cooling system is implemented.
In this configuration, the coil is designed as 2 Turn structure, ensuring:
Increased water circulation capacity
Reduced copper surface temperature
Stable impedance value
Longer operational life
